Refund Policy
Items must be returned in the same original conditions, with no odours, stains, unwashed, not ironed, neatly packed, and with the any original swing tags still attached. If items are failed to be sent back in this way, please note that items will kindly be rejected. We are extremely strict on returns and exchanges, which go through thorough, quality checks.
Any sale products purchased cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for an item at the same price point.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or colour. The new size/colour will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.

You will then receive further instruction from the support team with the next steps.
Please follow the instructions accurately given by the customer care support team while sending your return back to NNC London avoiding any discrepancy.
Item/s that will not match NNC London return policy will not be taken into consideration and sent back to the customer at his or her's own cost.
REFUND:
A full refund will be credited back to the details in which the transaction was made, within 10 days of receiving the returned item however this may change depending on banks and credit providers and could take up to 30 working days.
Any products purchased outside of www.nnclondon.com are not our responsibility and we are therefore not liable to make any refund or exchanges for this. Please contact the reseller directly.
